Free shipping ON ALL ORDERS!

Not all items are always available in stock. Items in stock will ship within 3 business days of the order. If the item is not in stock your order will be updated with notes as to the stock status of the items.

All products are shipped FedEx(UPS) or US Postal Service (USPS) ground service (Alaska & Hawaii require 2nd Day Air service). Other methods, including overnight service, are available at additional cost. If you wish faster shipping service please mention such in the comments section of your order. International Shipments will be sent USPS and will be billed exactly the posted international rates.

Once your order has shipped FedEx time in transit/delivery times vary from one to six business days depending on your location. Shipping & handling fees within the USA are based on FEDEX/USPS published rates International Shipments will be sent USPS and will be billed exactly the posted international rates.

Exchanges & Returns:

Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges! Please return your item by FedEx or UPS, or other insured & traceable method. CK DANCE SHOES will not be held responsible for items lost in transit. Please enclose a copy of your sales receipt or invoice with your return. All returns arriving without this information or other means of instruction will have no action taken on the return.Soiled, Dyed, Stoned or Special Order shoes cannot be returned. There are no exceptions to this policy! Please try on shoes on a clean soft surface to prevent soiling. Items must be returned within 21 days of original purchase, must be in its original packaging, and in completely new condition. Items received after 21 days of original purchase will be refunded by store credit only and will also be subject to a $10 restocking fee.

Please use the brown shipping box in which your shoes were shipped to you to make your return. DO NOT SHIP BACK SHOES IN JUST THE MANUFACTURER’S SHOEBOX! If you choose to do this there will be a $10 restocking fee. Shoe bags (if included) must be returned or a $5 fee will be imposed.
